Breakfast was badly organized. You had to wait in a long line and fight to get buffet food. There’s a kettle, tea, sugar, and spoons in the room, but no cups. When I asked for one, the staff refused and said tea couldn’t be drunk in the room. The shower was broken, with barely any hot water. This hotel seems geared toward large tour groups who don’t choose it themselves. If you don’t want your impression of Georgia spoiled, don’t stay here.

A bad, unreliable place. They canceled our booking on the day we arrived and sold the room to a walk-in customer for a higher price. Avoid it unless you want to spend half a day searching for another hotel.

The service was 10/10. They helped us out and suggested good places to visit. The rooms were okay, though the view wasn’t much. It’s right downtown in Batumi, near a mall, with a supermarket beside the hotel, but the streets are a bit trashy. I think this place is a hidden gem.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and nice. It’s close to the beach, though a little far from the city center. You have to ask for room service each time.

It was a nightmare, and I hated everything about the place. It’s far from all the good spots and the road is bad. The bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep, and the AC blew hot air. A really bad experience. 💔
