We arrived at midnight without a reservation and still got a quick, no-fuss check-in. The guy at reception was cool, very prompt, and gave us the best deal. Loved the room and how everyone treated us.

The rooftop view was lovely, and we enjoyed staying here. Our room matched the photos. I’d suggest replacing the bath towels, though; they were very old and small. Checkout is at 11:00 am. The receptionist didn’t seem very talkative.

You can reach Batumi’s old town easily from here, and the location is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with lovely finishes and a bathroom I really liked. It feels upmarket but isn’t expensive.

The rooms were clean, and the location was great. We left at 6 am and were given a takeaway breakfast. We did have to wait until 1.30pm to get in, though, even after being told to come at 12.00. I recommend it.

The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean, and breakfast was really satisfying. Right in the heart of Batumi old town, it’s also quite affordable for the cleanliness, location, and breakfast.
