Gratus Aparthotel Tbilisi

Arina made our stay especially pleasant. She was warm and respectful from the start, always greeting people with a real smile and making sure they felt welcome. Even when busy, she was ready to help and never left anyone feeling ignored. Her calm, friendly manner and attention to detail showed how much she cares about guests. She regularly did more than expected, and her positive energy made a real difference. She’s a valuable part of the hotel, and I believe she deserves recognition and a salary increase. Thank you for having such a dedicated staff member.

Our family had plenty of room in the clean, spacious two-bedroom penthouse apartment. The staff handled every request quickly, and the warm service made us feel very welcome. They even surprised us with wine and chocolate for our anniversary, which made the visit extra special. We had a wonderful stay at Qstay Gratus Hotel and would gladly come back. Highly recommended.

We left first thing in the morning and booked another hotel. The reception staff member we spoke to then was shocked by how we’d been treated the night before and said the manager would call, but nobody did. We didn’t want to wait around after finding the apartment so dirty. We had booked five nights based on the Booking.com reviews. The flat looked worn and in need of an update. There was dried food on the kitchen counter, broken fingernails, hair in the fridge, shower, and around the room. Dust covered the ironing stand and got onto our clothes. We contacted reception, but they said nothing could be done until the cleaners came in the morning. They wouldn’t give us cleaning supplies or move us to another room. We were travelling with a baby, and it was already after 9pm, too late to find somewhere else, so we had to stay in a place that didn’t meet the standards shown by the property or Booking.com. There’s also no soundproofing: we could hear water running in other rooms and a neighbour’s TV around 2am. Oddly, there are no lamps by the bed. I wouldn’t stay here. Dirt was everywhere.

We stayed in a penthouse at Qstay, and it was spacious, beautifully designed, very clean, and felt brand new. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The friendly staff were always ready to help, and their care made the whole visit easy from arrival to departure. There was free tea and machine coffee, plus complimentary wine. I appreciated that they also had a discreet hidden option for guests who don’t drink. It’s a small detail, but it showed thought for different guests. The accommodation, service, and amenities made the price feel worthwhile, and our holiday was so much better for staying here. I’d happily book again and recommend Qstay.
