The sound insulation is so poor that you can hear every word from neighboring rooms, making it impossible to rest properly. The staff were unfriendly and even aggressive toward guests, then became defensive and confrontational when we raised concerns instead of listening or trying to help. Despite the website saying free parking was available, there was no parking area, and there's no proper road to the hotel. You have to carry your luggage uphill from the main road. In heavy snowfall, the uncleared route means walking through knee-deep snow just to get there. For the high price we paid, the whole stay was far below expectations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is great, but the stay became a very negative experience. The bathroom smelled bad, we had only cold water for two days, and there was no mountain view despite it being promised. Daily cleaning was supposed to be included but never happened. Then, at the end, we were accused of leaving the room dirty and asked to pay extra for cleaning. The staff were rude and unprofessional. It all looked good at first, but we were very disappointed.

We stayed one night in July and had an amazing experience overall. The woman working there was kind and very helpful, though a little strict. We booked two rooms, and she provided a bed for our toddler. There was a small toilet problem, but she fixed it quickly. Just two tiny inconveniences: a building is going up right in front of the apartments, so the views might not stay so great, and there's no outdoor space apart from the balcony.

The staff member was nice, spoke English, and helped with tour recommendations. The room is big enough for around 6-7 people and has kitchenware and a microwave, all for a good price. Parking isn't properly provided, though, and a new building under construction right out front means we could hardly see the mountain view.
