The host is a great guy and was a pleasure to talk with. From the location to the balcony, everything was amazing. I'd recommend it if you're planning a stay in Kutaisi. It's arguably the best part of the city, and perfect for sharing wine with your spouse.

The owner made everything clear and easy, and I'd stay here again. We stayed twice during our time in Kutaisi, one night each time, before and after our trip. You can contact the owner directly at the number provided or by WhatsApp for booking. The location is very convenient. The airport bus stops by the Colchis Fountain, about 100 meters away. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes about 20 meters from the apartment, a bridge around 250 meters away, and a park and walking area nearby. The balcony is cozy, overlooks the busy city center, and the soundproofing is good. It's a small apartment but has everything needed: dishes, a microwave, fridge, hairdryer, and toiletries. The WiFi works perfectly. There's a bed, plus an armchair that converts into a bed, which was great for the kids. The linens, bathroom fixtures, handles, and remotes were all clean, making the place pleasant to stay in. It was unusually cold outside during our May visit, around 12 degrees Celsius, so the apartment felt chilly, but we had several blankets and didn't get too cold. Very nice place, I recommend it and will return.
