For 18 Lari, we got a spotless room and a 5 liter bottle of mineralwater. It's central, with separate toilet and shower, and the friendly owner speaks only Russian and Georgian. You can sit outside by the garden with a glass of wine. Our big room faced the back, so there was no traffic noise. At the first corner when you head out to the right, turn left for a good old-style restaurant with fine Georgian food and beer. It's not SO specialised for vegetarian or vegan tourists.
