The room was spacious and very clean, with a surprisingly large, modern bathroom and a fridge, which was a huge plus. They changed the sheets every day and gave us two bottles of water daily for free. The bed was fine to sleep on, though it squeaked and made noise. I could still sleep without much trouble. Breakfast came with my package and was alright, but didn’t particularly impress me either way. There was bread, scrambled and boiled eggs, sausage, cereal, tea, and instant coffee. For what I paid for a week, any breakfast was great. The location was amazing, and I really enjoyed my stay. I’d read reviews saying staff didn’t acknowledge guests coming or going, but I can only speak for my own experience. Everyone said hello, and they were super nice during my week. Special thanks to David and Luka, who chatted with me for quite a while every day. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tbilisi.

We were there for eight nights with family in a large room on the fourth floor. The elevator only went to the third floor, so we had to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs at check-in and check-out. The TV and telephone didn’t work at all during our stay, and one night shift staff member was quite rude.

I’m glad I picked this hotel. The rooms are clean and well cared for, and you can tell they look after their guests. The administration deserves special thanks for being attentive, helpful, and friendly. I really felt welcome.

We barely spent ten minutes in the room before reporting the problems, but the hotel still refused to refund us. They wouldn’t change the room either, saying the hotel was full and nothing else was available. We’d been practically forced to pay as soon as we arrived, and later understood why. The room smelled musty, and there was a faint sewage smell in the bathroom. From the first minute, the reception staff were rude and reacted with indignation to any question. It was an absolutely terrible experience. If you don’t want your vacation ruined, don’t stay here.

I loved this place and had an amazing stay. The service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
