The rooftop terrace has a superb view, and the wine was delicious. The family were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and I’d gladly come back.

We arrived at midnight and got a very pleasant welcome. The reception was always available and helpful, spoke good English, and did their best whenever we needed something. The staff felt like family while still providing perfect service. The hotel is completely new, and the rooms are sweet, calm, and well designed. Cleaning was perfect, and the showers were spotless and spacious. Breakfast was fresh and continental, a great way to start the day. We didn’t miss a single one. The location is the best in the city, just 2-5 minutes on foot from the main old city sights. Best of all, it’s quiet! There’s also a rooftop terrace with an amazing view. The price was perfect too. We’ll definitely return on our next visit to beautiful Tbilisi. Top recommendation.

A great hotel in a perfect location, with such nice staff. When I had a medical emergency, they helped me get the medication and even went to the pharmacy for me.

We paid for a room through Booking.com, then the hotel told us it had suddenly become unavailable. They offered either a 100 GEL upgrade fee or a switch to a much more expensive room. That felt like a clear bait-and-switch, so we canceled and booked elsewhere. Stay away.

We got stuck and surprised them at night by needing four rooms. The service was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the people were great. Very good location near Liberty Square.
