The location is a plus, since the hotel is near the center. But the room was in poor shape: old furniture, very dirty walls, a door that wouldn't lock, and towels so worn out they were impossible to use. It also cost about 50 Usd/ night, more than hotels of better quality. We stayed just one night. We understood that some floors had been refurbished, but ours wasn't one of them.

The room was clean and nice, breakfast was good, and the host was friendly. Everything was as we expected, and we had a very nice stay.

The staff are the best, and you can ask them for whatever you need. Breakfast was excellent every day, and the service was great. There's also a communal kitchen if you need to use one, and they even gave us slippers to wear around the house. It's in the city center, though not on a main street, so getting out at night means taking a taxi. Drivers may not know the street, so give them your phone number and they'll call to find you. Perfect, as Ramas would say. I'll stay here again if I return, 100% recommended.
