The team were kind and helpful, and the balcony had a great view of the incredible place, mta tzminda. It’s a nice option if you want somewhere peaceful in the center. The lobby has lovely interiors in old Transcaucasian traditions, plus universal sockets for EU, UK, and other plugs. I left my phone in a taxi, and the receptionist managed to reach the driver and contact him herself. It wasn’t easy since the aggregator doesn’t show phone numbers by default, but I was able to meet the driver and get the phone back the next day. On checkout day, they didn’t want us to leave. God bless the whole team!

The hotel is in a good spot, though getting up to it takes some effort and you’ll want good legs. The views are beautiful, the staff are helpful, and breakfast was very good. Our room was spacious and clean, with a really comfortable bed.

We’ve had the best hotel service of our travels so far, thanks in particular to Salome, who arranged our trips and coordinated everything for us. The hotel has lovely city views and is conveniently close to town. It isn’t as opulent as some places, but the service is exceptional, and it feels like a home away from home. We really enjoyed staying at Andza Hotel.

We booked Andza hotel at the last minute, and check-in was very quick. George was especially helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms are great and look out over the city. It’s close to the center and the main attractions, so I’d recommend it while visiting Tbilisi.
