Anna Stevar Brand Apartments

There’s plenty of room for three or four people, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The sheets were crisp white, and shops, stalls, and coffee places for every taste are just steps away. We loved the historic setting, interior, cleanliness, and all the useful amenities. A cozy apartment, and we hope to return. Thanks for being so welcoming.

We stayed from September 26th to October 2nd, 2025, and were very happy with the apartment. Though there were only two of us, it’s spacious enough for a family of three or four. The hosts were thoughtful enough to warn us about the rather steep stairs up to it. The description and photos were spot on. It’s a stylish, beautiful, high-quality place, designed with care and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The main sights are within walking distance, and the building next door has a lovely coffee shop, several shops, a pharmacy, fruit stalls, and a currency exchange. We arrived at night and were still given a warm welcome, with a good bottle of wine, cheese, and grapes. Thank you. We highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment from August 27th to September 2nd, and we loved it. Anna, Daria, and Zakhar were incredibly hospitable. The place was spacious, clean, and cozy, perfect for getting a feel for old Tbilisi. The location is 100 out of 10, and the apartment is 1000 out of 10! They even supplied laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, toiletries, and everything else. When we realized we’d left a cap behind as we were leaving, Zakhar kindly sent it to the airport by courier. We’ll definitely come back. An unforgettable stay, thank you! 🙏🏻❤️

What stood out most was the location in the historic center, where each house has its own story. Inside, everything was stylish, beautiful, and clean, with details thoughtfully covered, from washing powder to coffee with a Turk. It felt like home. The owners stayed in touch and welcomed us with care even though we arrived late, offering local pastries and homemade cheese. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this wonderful apartment. ❤️
