The main draw is the location: the building sits at the foot of the Narikala Fortress, with the botanical garden just a short walk away. You’re close to the city center, yet the apartment is quiet at night and cozy inside. It’s comfortable and, in my opinion, good value for the money. We did have some trouble with the hot water, though it seemed like something that could be sorted out with the landlord. It’s a nice place for tourists, and the apartment has what you need for a comfortable stay.

The place was alright, but the price felt too high. Gocha kept coming over and bothering me with a red flag, which made the experience worse.
