The accommodations were about what you'd expect from a hostel, and they weren't terrible. But after a long day of travel, check in was the worst I've ever had. The owner accosted me and wanted to argue about everything.

Oleg works hard to make sure everyone has what they need and feels comfortable. The hostel is clean and comfortable, with beds that have curtains and individual lights, clean bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked with plenty of supplies for guests. You can also use the washing machine for 5 GEL. It's in a fantastic spot near Marjanishvili station, fruit stalls, and bakeries. Old Tbilisi is a few train stops away or a pleasant 30 minute walk. Highly recommend.

It's generally a good atmosphere, with Russians staying long term alongside a few travelers. The place is good, clean, and not too expensive, and the owner and other people are really nice and helpful. The air conditioning works. It can get a bit noisy in the room sometimes, depending on the travelers, so it's definitely not great for light sleepers.

The location and price are good, and the morning staff were very good. But after traveling for half a year, this is the worst hostel I've stayed in. Quiet hours aren't enforced. People get loud, randomly switch on the lights at 2 am, come into the room talking, or spend the night playing phone games with the sound on and talking. I told the host, but nothing was done. Otherwise, it feels like a zoo. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
