Tamari, the hostess, was polite and helpful, and the staff were quick to sort out any problems. The breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the mattress comfortable, despite some peeling wallpaper and a broken step. The accommodation was in line with what we paid, and the location was PRIME.

We loved the big terrace and the great view of old tbilisi from our room. Breakfast is served from 9-11 and was the best. The staff were nice, and we had a great time here. We’ll definitely come back soon.

I walked everywhere from here. It’s close to Avlabari station and just a short hop from old town. I stayed in two different rooms, and both were gorgeous. I started in the smaller single room, then got upgraded to a suite for my last night. Room #2 was stunning, with two balconies, a separate sitting room, and a bedroom that made me want to take allll the pictures! The beds were very comfortable, and the included breakfasts were the best. The hotel is centrally located and beautifully designed.

It’s easy to find and well connected to the major landmarks. European Square and the Church have nice views, and the hop on hop off bus starts from European circle, just a one minute walk away. The budget rooms are small but very neat and clean, with fresh linen and clean corridors.

The location is beautiful and convenient, but the service was very poor and there was barely any cleaning. We put wine in our glass and it was never cleaned. You only need a code to get in, so it didn’t feel very safe. The breakfast “buffet” served us cold food.
