We arrived at 6am and were able to arrange an early check-in, which meant we could get some rest. The place was quiet and calm after a few days of travel, and we felt very safe and well protected during our stay. Staff were lovely, every person we met went out of their way to make things great, and anything we needed was dealt with right away and with a smile. Step outside and there are loads of places to eat and shop, or just take a beautiful walk around the area. It really puts you into the Georgian experience, and for the price I doubt you'd find something better in such a popular spot. I'd absolutely recommend it to friends and family. Thanx guys!

From here, the rest of the city is easy to reach on foot, by cab, or on public transport. It's a great spot to stay, and we were given useful guidance along with good discount coupons. The stay was comfortable, and the admins were friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The owner, Guga, was especially kind and helpful. We've been lucky to meet so many wonderful people on this trip.

The kitchen, washing machine, and drying space made Friendly Hotel feel like a home away from home, and its location is handy for visiting Tbilisi's main attractions. Roman, the owner, was a highlight: incredibly hospitable and accommodating, even staying up until 2 AM to welcome us. When the hand shower had a small issue, he took care of it promptly and made sure we were comfortable. I had a wonderful stay, and the hotel's name really does fit. I'd highly recommend Friendly Hotel if you're after a friendly, convenient place in Tbilisi.

The owner was nice and took good care of us, with helpful advice about restaurants and places to visit. The facilities are good and the kitchen is well equipped. The toilet loses a point for a dirty flush, and there was some nighttime noise when someone walked by.
