I find this place cozier than the big chain hotels, and everything is incredibly clean. The view is stunning, the staff are wonderful, and the breakfasts are both tasty and varied. It really feels like home to me. This is my favorite hotel, and I'll definitely return.

We spent two nights here and had a great stay. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Avlabari metro station, and there's a gorgeous view of Tbilisi from the terrace. Breakfast was excellent, and the owner treated us to homemade wine. Tea and Rusiko were especially kind, helpful and hospitable. The service was top-notch. Our room and bathroom were clean, with no bad smell in the bathroom. The heating worked perfectly, keeping everything warm, dry and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and towels were changed daily along with the cleaning. We definitely recommend this hotel. Wishing you health, success and prosperity. Madloba!!!

Everything was great, though the hotel was difficult to locate. There's no sign. You need to go up all the stairs to the top of the residential complex courtyard, then call the hotel so someone can meet you. The owners should give clearer, more detailed directions. Apart from finding it, everything was great.
