The receptionist kept shushing us while my friends and I were talking in the hall, as if we were kids. When I asked him to address us respectfully, he just repeated it. I hope they hire someone more professional who knows how to speak to customers properly.

The beds were fine, though there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet. It’s an okay hotel for a night or two, but it was very hard to find and the location could easily leave you lost.

We booked just 20 minutes before getting there, and everything worked out fine. The room was warm and clean, and the staff were helpful and nice.

Being close to the railway station was the one good thing about this hotel.
