Nana was wonderful and let us check in early. She was there to support us throughout our stay. The room was cozy and quite large, and the location is just a couple of minutes from central Tbilisi. It stayed very quiet at night. Highly recommend.

The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and have air conditioning. Thereโs a kettle and a set for making tea or coffee, and the toilet was clean too. The owners were very friendly. Itโs not far from the city centre, and Iโd highly recommend staying here.

We found a cleaner, more decent hotel nearby for the same price, and it even had parking. This place felt like a room set up in the corner of a private home, not a hotel. The room was filthy and moldy, with no window and a low ceiling. The toilet stank. The bedspreads had what looked like lipstick stains, and dirt showed through the pillowcase. After just three minutes, I wanted to wash it off. I canโt understand the good reviews on Booking.com. Avoid it.

The location is fantastic, right in the center, with McDonald's and Khinkali House nearby. Itโs a small guesthouse, and my large room had a huge bed. Everything was gorgeous, and Nana was incredibly hospitable. Thank you for everything!
