We spent 27 days here and had such good days. Some of the best memories of our lives came from that time. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, always speaking to us with a smile. We’ve been to America and Finland and had a great time there too. This is the best hotel in Georgia, and I’d definitely suggest experiencing that good feeling for yourself.

We had a great breakfast and could easily have stayed for a month. The balcony was magical, and the hotel felt peaceful while still being close to everything. The owner was a great guy. Just be aware the uphill walk is a bit of a hike, so a taxi makes sense if you have bags.

The lounge has a playful feel, almost like a little art gallery, and we both really enjoyed spending time there. Our host was accommodating, breakfast was nice, and the bed was comfortable. WiFi worked well enough for me to work without trouble. I’d happily stay at Piano hotel again if I visit.

Nico was a great host, always glad to help and have a laugh. We also really liked the terrace and breakfasts, and had all the equipment we needed. It’s a small, quiet hotel that’s still close to Tbilisi’s main activities. I’d recommend it for a business trip, a family visit, or a fun stay. Thanks, Nico!

The room was spacious and had a lovely city view, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Getting to the metro was easy enough, with a bus stop about 200m away, though the climb back up the sloping road was tiring. Breakfast was fine, and the location was decent. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, and dinner felt a bit too expensive. I’d suggest it for a short visit.
