Badagoni Boutique Hotel Rustaveli

Mariam and Dianna made my stay at Badagoni Hotel in Tbilisi memorable. They were warm, professional, and always attentive, helping with check-in, local recommendations, and anything else I needed, always with a genuine smile. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well kept. My room was comfortable and stylish, the amenities felt well considered, and the atmosphere was inviting and refined. The service from Mariam and Dianna really lifted the whole experience. I highly recommend Badagoni Hotel for a memorable stay in Tbilisi.

The breakfast was generous, the room was very clean, and they left two bottles of water each day for our double room. The staff were so helpful and hospitable, and I really love the hotel and its excellent location.

On our second night at Hotel Badagoni Rustaveli, Tbilisi, the air-conditioning stopped working. Starting at 10 p.m., I called reception repeatedly, and each time they said it would be fixed in “10-15 minutes.” Hours passed without anything being done. I asked to change rooms or move to another hotel, but they flatly refused. The windows couldn't be opened because of safety restrictions, so the room became suffocating for my wife and me. After a long travel day, with an early trip booked for the morning, we were exhausted, angry, and completely disappointed. The staff made promises that weren't kept and offered no real solution. It felt like negligence and showed no care for guest comfort. For the price, this level of incompetence is shocking. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and staying here could ruin your trip.

Diana at the front desk gave us the best service we've had across all the countries we visited in the past three days. It was our first time in Tbilisi, and she made my friend and me feel welcome and made the experience much better. I hope her outstanding service gets recognized. The Badagoni Boutique Hotel was exactly as advertised. We loved the tall ceilings, and the place was comfortable and clean, right in the center with everything within walking distance.
