Best Western Tbilisi Art Hotel

The smell in our room was so bad that I couldn’t tolerate it. It seemed like urine coming from the washroom, though I can’t be certain. I complained several times, but they couldn’t fix it. They said the old building might be the reason and seemed unable to do anything. The service was poor too. Apart from recreation, there didn’t seem to be staff available to help, and when we needed something they could only apologize. Breakfast was technically included, but I wouldn’t count on it to fill you up. Be prepared to eat elsewhere. We only stayed because it was a holiday period and there were no other options. I had paid the full booking fee in advance, so we put up with it. It was one of the worst stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t return even for five minutes if they paid me. I’d tell people to avoid it unless they have no choice, and even then, only if they’re just trying to get by. If you have money, don’t waste it here. If the hotel disputes this review, I’ll share the evidence in a reply.

There are lots of restaurants and fast food places within walking distance, and the balcony view is lovely. The staff were okay, and the customer service was good, though I wouldn’t call it great. We stayed here recently and liked the location.

It’s a little away from the main tourist sights, which keeps the area quiet, and I liked that. The room was spacious, cleaning was done, and the hotel service was good. Breakfast deserves a mention too. Thanks especially to Zikor, the barista, if I’ve got the name right 😅, who went out of his way to help us book our first Bolt.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and our stay felt very comfortable. Staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful, and they were happy to handle our last-minute requests. Katie and Sophie deserve a special mention for their professionalism, courtesy, and extra effort to help us. Keep up the great work!
