The food was amazing, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. We spent around four days here and found it cozy and very comfortable. It’s also close to almost everywhere, so I’d recommend it if that’s what you’re after. The only downside was that the streets could get really crowded sometimes, though that’s an issue with the Vake area generally.

I was in Tbilisi for work, so having a table in the room was a real plus. The room itself was clean, cozy, and beautiful. Service was good, everyone was polite, and they cleaned every day 👍🏻

Natali and Lizi brought the same kind of warmth and care we’re used to in Dubai, where people are always smiling, willing to help, and make you feel at home. We came from Dubai, a city known for that exceptional hospitality, and their kindness and professionalism made us feel safe and truly looked after. I’m so grateful to them for giving us such a wonderful experience in Georgia and making our trip unforgettable.

The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable. The whole team was helpful throughout, from check-in to keeping me updated on deliveries. They also stored my luggage on departure day, which made it much easier to explore before my flight. Nataia at reception was especially kind and responsive. She answered all my questions and requests within seconds and really went above and beyond. I felt warmly welcomed, and everything about the stay was amazing. I’ll choose this hotel every time I visit Tbilisi.

The warm atmosphere and kind, welcoming staff made me feel at home. Everything was well cared for, and the cleanliness was truly 100%. It was a comfortable, enjoyable stay with excellent service. I’d happily come back and highly recommend it.
