We booked about a month ahead, then checked with the host on the day we were due to arrive. They messaged to confirm everything and said the accommodation was ready. But when we got there, there was nobody to help us, and a neighbour told us the apartment was closed. The host never replied after that, so we had to find another place to stay that same day. The service was really poor.

We confirmed our arrival time before the trip, but when we got to the apartment nobody was there to meet us, and they couldn't accommodate us. A helpful neighbour was the one who told us what was going on. We had booked well in advance, and this was a terrible experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
