Being so close to Liberty Square, the Bridge of Peace, and other sights made getting around easy, and the balcony view was breathtaking. We also really enjoyed the food, especially the range of vegetarian choices. Our room felt cozy and had the amenities we needed, including Dove toiletries. The staff made the stay especially pleasant. Masha shared helpful tips about the bazaar and nearby things to see. When we arrived late, Luka patiently helped us find café options and was very accommodating. At checkout, David offered to hold our luggage, which we appreciated. Everyone was warm and polite. We had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel. ❤️❤️❤️

Coming back each evening to a clean, polished room with water and instant coffee was lovely, and the cozy room had a nice shower. Breakfast was included, with a good selection and high-quality dairy products. I even really liked the coffee. The staff were the best part: caring, helpful, and ready to do their best to sort out any issue. The reception is open 24/7.

The location was why we chose this hotel, and it was excellent, with everything close enough to reach on foot. It was very clean, and the staff were genuinely helpful. For under 45€, it's a solid option. The rooms were warm and cozy, but the bed wasn't a proper double, just two single beds pushed together. Breakfast was adequate, with scrambled eggs, rice, a few cheeses and cold cuts, but there was no espresso and croissants were very limited. The walls were so thin we could hear everything from the rooms next door and above.

We spent three days here and had a great stay. The rooms were attractive and comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the Wi-Fi worked well enough for work and calls. Everything seemed well looked after, and the staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

The reception team were especially friendly and did an outstanding job. Thanks to Luca, Saba, Niko, and everyone else. My room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. The hotel is lovely and centrally placed, so most city attractions are within walking distance.
