Tamara made our visit a great experience. She was warm, professional, and quick to take care of any questions or little problems, always with a smile. Her care and dedication really stood out. I stayed recently at Hotel Capitol, formerly Hotel Victoria, now on Alexandre Oni Street, and wanted to recognize the excellent service from receptionist Tamara. Thank you for going above and beyond, you're a real asset to the hotel!

We got a really good rest, especially because the bed was soft and spacious. Cleanliness and bed comfort are the first things we look at when staying somewhere, and both were sufficient for us. The staff were definitely attentive and friendly. Thanks for the service. 🌸🌸

The location worked well, about 8 minutes from the bus station and several minutes by car from the city center. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the room was huge, tidy, and well equipped. The ladies at reception were so welcoming and friendly. They generously gave us a lux room instead of the one we'd booked for the same price, and we were really moved by the unexpected kindness.

The location wasn't great for us, as it's far from the main city center, and the breakfast wasn't very good either. We were also charged extra for our one-year-old daughter, though all she got was a pillow, with the hotel saying it was their policy. Even after we repeatedly asked for fresh sheets and for the room to be cleaned, they didn't do it. They said sheets are changed only every four days, even when a guest changes in between, which is absurd. When we asked the receptionists to come look at the room's cleanliness, they refused and didn't seem to care. Definitely not recommended.
