I arrived at night with my luggage and had to find somewhere else because they said the listed price was wrong and demanded much more. When I refused, they told me to go outside and find another place. The first thing I heard was “who is it,” and they never apologized, even though it was their mistake. I’d booked with my credit card and had received confirmation twice, so this was a huge waste of my time and money. They then canceled my booking as “no show,” even though I had arrived, apparently to hide my review. The hotel itself was worn out and dusty, seemed poorly cleaned, and had an unwelcoming feel. Scam.

The hotel is on a small, quiet street, so there’s no noise, even though it’s right in the city center. Rustaveli, the main avenue, is only a 5-minute walk away. A few supermarkets, a pharmacy, and several shops are just around the corner. Staff are friendly, and breakfast is very delicious for such a cheap accommodation price.

The rooms are dingy and they serve stale breakfast. There aren’t enough staff for hospitality, and the people who are around are extremely uncooperative and rude. This was the worst experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. I wouldn’t even give it one star.

Acceptable, but it didn’t meet expectations. The owner is too good. Breakfast was the same every day.
