The rooms were pleasant and clean, and having a washing machine was handy. The location also worked well, with the metro nearby. The stay had some serious downsides, though. The hostel sits right above a pub, and the music, even though it was good, made early nights difficult. Breakfast was disappointing compared with other places we visited in Georgia. The young Russian staff were friendly, but spoke almost no English and often werenโt on site, punctual, or dependable. It felt like they treated the hostel as a launchpad for going out. We left belongings there planning to collect them a few days later. We thought that had been arranged, but the items had disappeared by the time we returned. The explanation didnโt seem convincing, and nobody offered compensation. We wonโt come back. For the same price, there should be better service elsewhere.
