I lived in the apartment for six months without any problems. On moving day, I carried a table in the elevator with a protective cover on it. They then claimed I'd damaged and scratched the glass. The one good thing is the view from the building, but only at night. There's no green space around, just blocks, and this is one of the city's busiest traffic areas. Better to get there on foot. I wonder if it's the air people breathe or the CO emitted by cars all day. The luxury feel doesn't make sense to me: the surroundings have a cheap, plastic atmosphere. It's an abnormally and inadequately overpriced place for sale, for show-offs of the century.

A secure, warm place with spacious rooms and plenty of amenities. It could suit a business traveler, a family vacation, or students who want to live near the American University of 🇬🇪.
