Courtyard by Marriott Tbilisi Hotel

The staff made our visit feel special, especially with a complimentary birthday cake and an upgrade to their most superior room as a birthday gesture. It was such a thoughtful surprise. The location was excellent, and the team were warm, helpful, and great with kids, which made the stay comfortable and memorable. We loved being here and would happily return. I’d recommend the hotel to families with children! 🎉💛

Maryam at check-in was especially kind, welcoming, and professional, and made an already comfortable stay even better. The hotel was beautiful and amazing, as Marriott always is for me. I work for Marriott myself, and the standards, people, and experience are why I’ve stayed loyal to the brand.

The birthday cheesecake arrived beautifully decorated, a thoughtful surprise that made our day special. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and reception kindly gave us the room we’d asked for. We travelled with a stroller, and the guys at the entrance were always ready to help. A ramp or wheelchair access nearby would have made getting around more convenient, even though there weren’t many stairs. The room had no small window for fresh air, which was the main drawback. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and attentive, from reservations to reception, housekeeping, the spa, and the waitresses. Special thanks to Natia in reservations, and to Anna and the other reception staff. Breakfast was good overall, though the hot food selection was a little limited. The coffee was excellent and really tasty. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant.

The hotel is okay, but there’s nothing special about it, and it felt a bit expensive for what you get. If your room faces Liberty Square, street musicians sing every night and the noise inside is very loud.
