The team were amazing and kind, from the room cleaners through to the managers. Inga, the general manager, was especially helpful and did whatever she could whenever we asked. The hotel has a kosher restaurant where you can book a table, and breakfast was very tasty. It's a kosher hotel. Many thanks to the whole team.

The rooms were small and old, and the place was terribly dirty. The shower wasn't clean, the toilet smelled of urine, and the pool was dirty with murky water. There was a view from the window of a row of dirty houses, and the noise of a huge air conditioner could be heard. The TV was broken. Breakfast was okay, with tasty pizza and khachapuri. The receptionist wasn't kind, though she did help with a few questions.

There is an indoor pool, and the rooms are average but comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were great and helpful. They even arranged for a PCR tester to come to the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel has a kosher restaurant and attracts many Israeli guests. Its location is basically by ministry buildings, so there's nowhere you can walk to, though parking is plentiful. Rooms facing the street are very noisy, so choose one at the back. We also had guests slamming doors and yelling in the hallway all night. That was a problem, and staff should have cameras there or someone patrolling.

The location is central, and the rooms are beautiful and luxurious. The food was absolutely excellent, and the staff gave top quality service. They were warm, welcoming, friendly, and sincere. We hope to return soon!!!

I stayed here from March 28 to 02 April. The hotel is near the river and several sights around it. Staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and housekeeping was good. The free Wi-Fi had a suitable speed. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of hot and cold food, from carbohydrates to proteins. I recommend it for you and your family.
