The water pressure was so low that showering and washing my hair were really difficult. Breakfast was terrible too: we told the staff at 8:00 AM that the coffee had run out, asked again, and still got no refill. On the third ask, they said there wasn't any. At 8:00 AM, the coffee was already gone, and they didn't seem willing to serve us. Some food items hadn't been replenished either. Even with many tour groups staying there, the dining tables were very empty. At first, my experience staying at a hotel in Georgia seemed good, but it turned out badly.

The rooms were extremely small, and the thin walls let every sound from neighboring rooms through, including loud noises at all hours. The hotel felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. My stay was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the breakfast had plenty of delicious fresh options. The service was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, who was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the warm hospitality. I'd definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great, and the river view was lovely. My room stayed very quiet, and there was plenty of hot water. The staff were really helpful throughout my five nights at Kruise Hotel. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend it.
