Diamond Dat Exx Company Hotel

We had a great stay, and the location was perfect. The rooms were spacious, and breakfast had a great variety. Definitely good value for money. Victoria at reception was amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful with every question we had.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the lounge was laid out nicely, and the receptionist was very helpful. This place deserves four stars. Breakfast was the one disappointing part. I guess Georgians have a standard spread of eggs, bread, cold cuts, cereal and buckwheat. There's not much choice 😂. Victoria, the owner, was very sweet, but not flexible about changing our schedule or helping even a little with checkout time.

Our family room was comfortable and well equipped, and they provided a toddler bed, which was very convenient. The staff were supportive, and the receptionist was especially cooperative and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay, and appreciate the warm welcome from Victoria and the team at Hotel Diamond. Breakfast was delicious, though we had a slightly unusual conversation about the schedule. It starts at 9 AM, which could be inconvenient for travelers with early plans. An earlier service would help. Even with that small issue, we had a pleasant visit. Thank you, Victoria, for a memorable stay.

The service was kind and helpful from our first day, and they were flexible when we had a flight schedule problem. Our room had the living room and toilet shown in the pictures, with no hidden defects. Breakfast was okay, though it could be better. It's beside the metro station, although not near the center. We had a great time overall. Very recommendable, and I'd come back if I'm in Tbilisi again :)
