DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! For a long-term rental, the manager, Maryam, asks for two months' payment in advance and doesn't draw up a contract. The appliances are in terrible shape, and it's impossible to sleep with noise from the cafe and traffic until the early hours. The windows won't close because of cracks. She hasn't returned any of the $500 deposit, even though she left because of illness. Any hotel but this one!
