The room was clean and very spacious, with a great heating system. Breakfast was excellent: simple, delicious, and with a good balance of choices. Most staff were friendly, especially the woman in the kitchen, though the young man wasn't. The location was okay, around a 10-15 minute walk from the city center, with a few shops nearby. A few things management could improve: refill the water bottles when they're empty and top up the shampoo and shower gel when they run low. There's no lift, so staff should help guests carry their bags to their rooms, especially on the third floor.

The peaceful, quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed made our stay especially nice. We also enjoyed the luxurious amenities and the room's beautiful decor and breathtaking views. It was spotless, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive from the minute we arrived. We'll definitely come back to this hotel.

The staff were nice, but the place felt a bit remote and the location wasn't very convenient to me. Breakfast was just okay.

We spent a week here as a family and had a great time. It's a distinctive hotel with lovely antiques and an authentic design. We could easily walk around the city center from its location. The staff were very friendly, and both the owner and manager were welcoming and listened to our comments. We'd definitely recommend it if you're after a cozy place with friendly people.

The courtyard is pretty nice, and the location is great, very close to the town center. We had two different rooms during our stay: one was very nice, while the other was definitely small. Some other guests' rooms didn't seem very private, with doors opening straight onto sitting rooms or lounges. The free breakfast also wasn't as good as at other places I've stayed. It's a decent option for sightseeing, but I wasn't blown away.
