The room was spacious and the host was quite nice, but there’s no AC, just a fan. The bathroom smelled because there wasn’t any air circulation. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. I think the price is too high.

The hosts were attentive and friendly, and the place itself was clean, tidy, quiet, and recently renovated. It sits on a hill, but Rustaveli metro station is within walking distance, along with plenty of tasty cafes and restaurants. There are regular shops and fruit stands nearby too, with good prices.
