extremely disappointed with my stay at this guesthouse. The main entrance looks like an abandoned building and is very small. Every room was on the second floor, which was very inconvenient since we had a lot of luggage. The room itself was super small, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the water pressure was very weak and was not hot enough. The owner was unhelpful and seemed more interested in collecting payment rather than assisting guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Air-conditioned, cosy rooms in the old town of Tbilisi. Great balcony on the roof with amazing view! Owner speaks English well. I highly recommend this place.

There wasn't the car we invited, so they upgrade us for free to more luxury car. We got stucked on the road to Tosheti and they sent us a new car. The problem fixed by itself and there were no other problems at all. Good servise.
