The owner seemed focused on taking payment and wasn't helpful when we needed assistance. Getting to the room was already a hassle: all the rooms are upstairs on the second floor, which was inconvenient with our luggage, and the entrance is tiny and looks abandoned. Our room was very cramped, and the water pressure was weak with water that never got hot enough. I was extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this guesthouse.

We had a cosy, air-conditioned room in Tbilisi's old town, and the rooftop balcony had a fantastic view. The owner speaks English well. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We'd booked one car, but it wasn't available, so they upgraded us to a more luxurious one at no extra charge. On the way to Tosheti we got stuck, and they sent another car out to us. The issue then resolved on its own, and there were no further problems. Good service.

For the price, I liked the place. The second floor was no problem for me, and the rooms are decent for an overnight stay, with air conditioning and medium-firm mattresses. There's a kitchen, a shower and toilet on each floor, plus a shared little balcony or terrace. The drawbacks: no proper parking, so it's first come, first served, and there's no room ventilation. If you don't air the rooms out, they feel stuffy and smell damp. There's one fridge for four rooms, and the toilet is right by the kitchen, so you can't exactly relax in there ๐
