After spending a long, cold winter day travelling to and fro Gudauri and Tblisi, it felt so good to return to a warm, cosy room and take a nice hot shower ๐๐พ๐๐พ. The heating was especially welcome after the other guesthouse I stayed in, where it hadn't been fantastic. Pure bliss.

It's more of a Homestay, and the price is very reasonable. The owner is a nice lady and always responds on WhatsApp. Our rooms and washrooms were clean, and there's a water filter in the common area. There's no food at the hotel, but food can be arranged at a nearby cafe from 9am onwards. The central location is handy, within walking distance of the town square, with restaurants, supermarkets, an ATM, and souvenir shops all around.

The staff were really friendly and well behaved, and the rooms were big. There's indoor air conditioning, which is a need in summer. The terrace and backyard were so peaceful. Aliona, the manger, was one of the best persones I've ever met on this trip, and the cleaning lady and Soren were so sweet and helpful too. One of the greatest, cosiest hotels in town. If you want a cosy room with a home feel, this is it. I'm definitely coming back :)

Getting to the sulphur bath area takes under six minutes, and the cable car and cathedral are easy to reach too. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was well kept, and the staff were kind and helpful. It worked well for my overnight stay, especially as a budget option.
