It's in a residential neighborhood, with lots of supermarkets and pharmacies on the street. The place is decent for the price, but a bit far from the city. As a hijabi, I got a lot of looks from people in the neighborhood, and it didn't feel very friendly toward people wearing hijab. Our family room had all the equipment we needed, including a smart TV. The washing machine and oven worked perfectly, as did the fridge, but there was nowhere to dry clothes. The beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was the same every day: eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, butter, and bread. I wasn't complaining, but a bit more variety would've been nice. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. Room service, though, was poor to nonexistent. I don't know if cleaning wasn't included or they just didn't want to do it, but I cleaned the room myself. There were also some cockroaches. Would I book again for sightseeing? No, because it's far from the city. For a long-term rental, yes, definitely. Did I feel safe in the residential neighborhood? Not much, maybe because of the looks I got as a hijabi.
