L M Club Hotel

It was quiet, and the room size was okay, but this isn’t a typical hotel. It’s part of a tennis complex, so keep your expectations basic. There’s no luxury, and breakfast options were very limited.

From what I saw in other reviews, this was described as more of a club or dorm than a hotel. It was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Staff were often away from reception, and when I asked for something, the answer was usually just “No, we can’t,” “No, it’s not possible,” or “No, we don’t have it.” The receptionists’ English was poor, so it was hard to make myself understood. I had to translate everything into Georgian. Breakfast was from 9 to 11, while most other hotels serve it from 8 to 10. There was no trash bin in the room, only in the bathroom, and the bathroom had no tap and hose. I could clearly hear noise from the next room, and the window curtain didn’t work properly. There was no heater in the room or bathroom, just a floor-standing air conditioner. When we asked about setting it to heat, they said that would be activated next month. The safe had no key, and when we asked for one, they said it wasn’t possible. I wish I could give this awkward, awful hotel zero stars. Save your money and time and avoid it. There’s no customer care here.

The breakfast was a disaster, and the lobby was dirty and ugly, with broken chairs. Even the outside and location were off-putting. Please don’t spend your money here. Nothing in the room worked: no television or refrigerator, and the safe deposit box didn’t work either. There was no real customer service. The few kids at the front desk were rude, insulting, and insensitive, and didn’t know how to respond. If you asked them to fix something, days later they might say they had bad news and couldn’t do anything. Don’t get me started on the bed, furniture, or shower. Calling this place a hotel is ridiculous.

The rooms were very poor and dirty, with several problems: a broken safe, no trash bin in the room, and no heating. Staff didn’t understand English and seemed to avoid helping, often replying, “Not possible” or “We don’t have it.” When I asked for the manager, they said there was no manager on site, only online. Nobody seemed to care about guests. My worst hotel experience in Tbilisi. Service was zero.
