It takes a lot of effort to locate this place. The directions say it's by the market, but the market is underground and nearly impossible to spot. Calling it a hotel would take a thousand witnesses. The room felt like a storage space or coal cellar converted from part of a private home. The floor was so uneven my suitcase could roll by itself, the heating had problems, cleanliness was poor, and payment was cash only. The owner lives in the other part of the house, so getting to the room means walking through a kitchen with strong food smells. I'd only stay here if nowhere else was available and I needed somewhere to sleep instead of the street.

The location is very good, with everything nearby. If total silence matters to you, this probably isn't the place: the wooden house carries the sound of the hosts walking next door and their dog's claws. If you can tolerate some noise and just want it kept low, it's a good spot. I'm 192 cm tall and couldn't stretch my legs out in the bed, only lie diagonally. The mattress in our room was sagging and smelled of smoke, and it was so awful that we left early. That's why I give the place two stars. Make sure the hosts have replaced the mattress in the “green” room.
