For about £250, my four nights here included breakfast and access to the gym, so I felt the value was hard to fault. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony, a stylish study area, and a bathroom. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was fairly basic but good, with cheeses, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt, bread, cereal, and a few cooked choices. I arrived well before check-in because there are limited flights from London to Tbilisi, but that caused no problem. The service was good. Marjanishvili metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away, and Liberty Square is two stops from there. I’d definitely stay again if I return to Tbilisi.

It’s a small boutique hotel with a blend of modern and old-fashioned style. The rooms were really well equipped and made us feel great. There’s a little fitness room, breakfast was nice, and the service was excellent.

The breakfast staff were really nice, and honestly the best part of my stay. The rooms and food were mediocre, and I wasn't keen on the neighborhood. At the front desk, service felt cold. The staff were often sitting around smoking and seemed bothered when I asked them something. I definitely wouldn't go back.

The location made it easy to explore Tbilisi, with the metro and main attractions only a short walk away. Inside, Heritage Hotel & Suites combines a historic-looking building with a modern interior. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with nice little touches. Breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning, and the staff did a lot to make sure everything was right. A wonderful stay for comfort and style, highly recommend it.

My only small suggestion is that the breakfast staff could smile a little more. The reception team, though, were consistently cheerful and delightful. The hotel itself offers a really unique experience. Thank you.
