Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Riverview

The food was great, and the whole place had a peaceful, really nice atmosphere. The view and location were good too, especially when fireworks happened outside on random days. Everyone was very kind. The hotel looks luxurious and is nicely set up. The gym wasn't the best, so hopefully they improve it, though I wouldn't come here for the gym anyway. The bathroom was good, but some taps didn't give heated water and need a little work.

I had a great time here and would gladly return. Giorgio, Alex, and Luka from the concierge team were consistently friendly and quick to help with whatever I needed. Their suggestions were spot on and made things easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

We spent 5 nights and 6 days here on our honeymoon last month, and the stay was fantastic from check-in to check-out. The reception area had a lovely, cozy feel, with comfortable places to sit and a beautiful Christmas tree. Check-in went smoothly, and our room was cleaned properly every day. We made good use of the gym, conference room, and especially the washer and dryer room. As vegetarians, we had fewer food choices, but the kitchen team did their best to give us as many options as possible. The staff really made the experience. Nina, Vaso, Luka, and Karoly in the kitchen, and Shlava at reception, all helped make our stay much better. Definitely consider it for a trip to Tbilisi!

Shalva at reception made a great first impression. I got there very early and didn't expect a room to be ready, but he managed to check me in straight away. After a long trip, that kindness meant a lot, and he made me feel valued as a Hilton member. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, and the other staff I met were just as friendly and attentive. The service felt warm and easy throughout. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.
