We only booked three nights because a tour agency insisted on this hotel. At the Georgian border, after being bullied by the border officers, they refused us entry even though we had all the documents we needed. The officer said I hadn’t named enough attractions in Tblisi after I could name three 😨 Before 2 o’clock, the hotel’s check-in time, we contacted them and sent all the documents to ask them to cancel our reservation. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t refund us, not even for one night. Very unsatisfactory. I don’t recommend this hotel.
