Our holiday in Georgia began here, and it was perfect. The owner offered us his homemade Georgian wine and was very helpful with recommendations. Whenever we needed a driver, he arranged for an employee to take us, for free apart from a small tip. The room was clean and nice, and breakfast was very good. A perfect place to stay in Tbilisi. Thanks to the hotel.

After a six-hour trip with my wife, we reached the hotel by taxi only to find the gate shut. The owner told me by phone there was no tap water in the neighborhood and said I had to cancel the reservation. I couldn’t see why the water supply had anything to do with staying there. We spent three hours looking for another hotel, which was exhausting and made no sense to me. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the host was super nice. They serve a traditional breakfast, including wine that was really delicious. Nice hotel, recommended!

It's now called 5 Rooms and looks quite different from the photos. The rooms themselves are as shown, though, and they're warm and cozy.
