The quieter part of the city was a good location for us, and the main city was still only a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Our room was lovely, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was reasonably nice. Reception staff gave us lovely service and were very pleasant. We had a completely wonderful stay from start to finish and would happily return. Many thanks for a fantastic stay.

For the price, the service and amenities were far below basic expectations. We got only two tiny bottles of water for the whole day, the room phone didn't work, and there was no proper parking or convenient way to access the hotel. The receptionist seemed clueless and uninterested in helping. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a scam. I regret booking at 9d in Georgia and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It's an average room with no view, no parking, and the hotel is in such a congested area that taxis can't pick you up. We spent over an hour trying to find the place. It never felt like a 4 star hotel. The receptionist was totally unresponsive and just said “NO” to every request. Even for a bottle of water, he told us to come down and pay instead of helping. Terrible service and experience, with very rude management.

We picked this hotel mainly for the terrace and were very satisfied with it. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and they decorated our room for our wedding, which made us very happy. Daily cleaning is available on request, and breakfast was decent, though the buffet wasn't very large. Our suite had an incredible city view and a huge bathroom. There was only a bathtub, no shower, and showering was inconvenient because water leaked and stayed on the floor. The bathroom also had an unpleasant sewage smell. It's a very nice hotel in a good location.
