My flight was canceled when war broke out suddenly and the airport shut down completely. I had booked a stay from March 5th to 11th, but the hotel refused a refund, voucher, or change of dates. It was deeply disappointing to see its non-refundable policy take priority over human safety and basic decency during a humanitarian crisis. Future guests should know that management showed no flexibility, even in these circumstances.

The room was clean and spacious, and the towels were replaced each day. Free coffee, tea, and water were available. The location near the Peace bridge was good, and I thought it was great value for the money.

Being right in the middle of old Tbilisi made it easy to walk everywhere. The owner of this small, friendly boutique hotel was so welcoming. Our room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was clean too, though a little dated.

We spent four nights at this cozy little place. It's at the bottom of a steep slope, with markets and some great food options nearby. The hotel is small and has fewer staff, so service can be a bit lacking, but the staff were extremely polite and well mannered. Highly recommended.

Getting to the hotel means climbing a hill. The location is okay, and the service was kind and pleasant, though not very professional. Our room was nice, but a part was missing from the sink drain and it never got fixed.
