Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the staff were attentive, professional and sincerely welcoming. The room was spotless, modern and carefully put together. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything seemed well maintained and high quality. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

We really missed this place after staying elsewhere in Tbilisi. Our suite had nearly a 180-degree city view through huge windows and from the balcony. At night, seeing the statue, churches and bridges was magical. The hotel sits high on a hill, and higher floors like 8 or 9 have the best views. I think our room was the biggest on the property, and it was worth the cost for all the space, including room for our baby to run around. They also provided a crib. Even with that hilltop view, getting around was easy: Old Town and the tourist spots were a 5-8 minute walk, and lots of bars and restaurants were just 2-3 minutes away. The kitchen and cleaning staff were so kind and helpful with our baby. Breakfast had a decent spread, and they let us take our time. The room’s heat and hot water were perfect. I’d absolutely recommend staying here in Tbilisi.

Our room had a great view and a balcony, which I loved. It was large, and so were the bathroom and toilet. The amenities are basic, and because the hotel is in an old building, the area outside the rooms has a bit of a rustic feel. Breakfast was okay, just the usual. Some staff were friendly, while others, especially at the restaurant, came across as stern.

The balcony views during breakfast were unbelievable, and the location worked well for seeing Tbilisi’s attractions. There’s a great restaurant around the corner for dinner. The entrance doesn’t hint at how nice it is inside, and the room and hotel were lovely and interesting. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll come back next time and choose level 8 or 9.
