We had a gorgeous view from the balcony, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. At Funduki, the hosts were so kind and welcoming, and the food was delicious. We played chess with the family and had a lot of fun. It's the best guest house in Georgia for a great time with generous hosts, and very good value for money.

We stayed just one night, four of us, in a room on the roof floor. It was large and clean, with a lovely balcony view, and the location was very nice. The walk to the Old Town isn't far, but the way back climbs a hill, which is good exercise. There's parking available, which is handy if you're traveling by car. The double bed wasn't very comfortable because it was two single beds pushed together rather than one large mattress. Also, the stairs up are almost vertical and awkward with big suitcases.

The hosts made us feel very welcome. They spoke great English and even offered snacks and drinks, their hospitality was wonderful. Our top-floor room was clean and spacious, with a balcony and amazing cathedral views. A very nice hotel, and I'd certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay in Tbilisi.

We were welcomed like family and even shared dinner with the owner's family, who offered us tasty local food. Their Georgian hospitality really shines. Our top-floor room cost a bit more, but we didn't regret choosing it. It was extremely clean, with a dining table, a great bathroom, plenty of space, and a lovely view across Tbilisi. The accommodation is also close to the center. When we return to Tbilisi for another night, there's no question we'll stay here again.

I don't usually write reviews, but this place deserves one. The accommodation was all right, yet the hosts are what made it special. They bring such a warm, helpful family feeling, all those lovely qualities you think of when someone says “family atmosphere.” ❤️ PS, thanks for letting us do laundry before the next part of our trip. 🧺
