Don’t take the 9+ Booking.com rating at face value. The owner puts a lot of pressure on guests to leave positive reviews. If you post anything less than perfect, he responds with a made-up story that you were drunk and naked, bothering other guests, and eventually asked to leave the hotel. The place itself isn’t terrible, just an average hotel with the usual problems, like a broken shower and uncomfortable mattresses. The owner’s behavior makes the experience much worse. My advice is to stay away.

The owner blatantly lied about giving me the documents, and I never received any. He also brazenly canceled my extension of the stay.

A very good place to stay, with very good service. The owner, Nugzar, is an amazing person.

We felt comfortable and safe here. The owner was friendly and sweet, and check-in and checkout were flexible. The beds were very comfortable too. We liked the place overall, it was nice.
