I've stayed at this hotel every time I've visited Tbilisi. Old Tbilisi is the area to stay in for a visit, and places there tend to be small and cosy. Leadora is one of those, in an old three-storey building. The front desk staff are helpful, though a different person seems to be on duty each day, and some speak English fluently. The avenue and metro station are about a five-minute walk away. The building has a great view over town, but most rooms have no windows, so you can't really take in the scenery from them. There's just one room with a balcony, and you'd have to be lucky to book it. At night, you can hear through the walls. You might be having tea with your parents and hear noisy neighbours being intimate.

The hotel looks nice, but the mattress is old enough that you can feel every sharp spring when you lie down. The fridge smells, so don't open it. Other than the beds and the fridge, everything at the hotel was good.
